Story “A family day at the zoo”
My family and I went to the zoo on Sunday. I like going to the zoo. First, we went to see the tiger. It was in a big cage. It has orange fur with black stripes. I was told it is a carnivore because it was eating meat. Then we went to see elephant. It was a big, grey animal with big ears. My father said it is herbivore because it eats plants and fruits. Next to the elephant cage, there was an animal with long neck. The giraffe has brown spots on its brown fur and it was chewing on leaves. Then we went to the noisy cage and we saw monkey swinging from the rope and branches. They have short, grey hair with long tails and they were eating bananas. Then there was a small field with zebras running around it. Their Black and white fur looked beautiful and some were eating the grass. Finally, we went to a pond where we saw long, triangle mouth floating in the water. The skin looked rough and tough as it can out of the pond to eat a chicken. At noon, my father said it was time to go home for lunch.
